Our place
At the heart of the Wild Thyme & Honey concept lies The Crown, a 16ᵗʰ century inn that we've carefully renovated into a 24-room countryside retreat, blending historic charm with modern luxury.
Our design celebrates the region's architectural heritage through exposed Cotswold stone, timber-clad walls, and a calming palette of warm greys and creams; soothing spaces that are connected to the lush landscape that surrounds us. We're committed to showcasing the best of the Cotswolds through our seasonal menus of elevated British food that celebrate the area's rich agricultural traditions.
Our community
We sit at the heart of our village and our pub is still very much a community focal point, frequented by locals who have helped us shape our concept and our offering.
Our ambition is always that Wild Thyme & Honey is not simply a place to sleep, dine or drink, rather it becomes both an integral part of its neighbourhood, fostering connections and celebrating local history, and a beacon attracting visitors from further afield.
