Our passion, our pride and joy
We take our craft seriously, refining, testing and tasting until our menu really sings. We love nothing more than welcoming you to our table for a meal conceived and created with skill and care.
Food philosophy
Our seasonal, farm-to-table menus are inspired by our idyllic Cotswold surroundings, featuring elevated British classics with exciting global influences.
Quality always comes first, so much of our time is spent sourcing the finest meats, fish and vegetables from British farmers and producers. We only work with suppliers we trust, who are as passionate as us about environmental and welfare standards, and of course, great taste. We cook with flair and present with style, to bring you unforgettably good food every time.
