Summer Sundown on The Wildflower Terrace

Join us on Saturday 14th July as we welcome Cotswolds Distillery back to Wild Thyme & Honey for our end of summer party and the sunset of our Wildflower Terrace.
This summer the terrace has been transformed, reminiscent of a summer’s meadow with cascading columns of pastel florals and verdant green vines that draw inspiration from Cotswolds Distillery’s wildflower gin. Join us throughout the day as we begin the day with one of our popular Big Brunch sessions and live music on the terrace, followed by a Cotswolds Distillery hosted masterclasses where you’ll learn to mix and muddle your way to becoming a true cocktail connoisseur. In the evening we see the return of our Feasting Fiesta supper where the terrace will come alive with music from guitarist Adam Lee, the Cotswolds Distillery team will be shaking up a storm and our chefs will serve a feast fit for a king with a grill special.

The Big Brunch returns to Wild Thyme & Honey on Saturday 14th September to see out the summer on the The Wildflower Terrace in partnership with Cotswolds Distillery.
Start your weekend as you mean to go on with one of our tempting brunch dishes from a classic full English breakfast to our signature smashed avocado on sourdough with heirloom tomatoes. With live music to set the scene, our coveted riverside dining spot offers the perfect place to enjoy one of our brunch dishes that sit snug alongside our seasonal a la carte menu. Chef favourites include burrata, charred peaches and heirloom tomatoes in a smoked tomato oil to our popular 28-day dry-aged steak frites.
To celebrate we’re offering a complimentary wildflower spritz cocktail when you book a table of four or more for brunch on the terrace.

Hosted on the terrace, join a bespoke Cotswolds Distillery masterclass hosted by Head of Mixology, Oliver Morris, where you’ll be hands-on cocktail creating and learning the tricks of the trade from a true cocktail connoisseur.
Learn about the Cotswold Distillery founder’s dream and how the distillery came to be before learning how they craft their Cotswolds Dry Gin & Cotswold Whisky followed by the all important tasting of their award-winning spirits.
Then it’s time to get shaking! Ollie will show you how to create the perfect cloudy Martini which you’ll get to sample, before you learn how to perfect the flavour balance of a Sour cocktail so you can impress friends & family at home. To finish, you’ll get the chance to sample some distillery exclusive products and mix up another cocktail using a selection of seasonal ingredients available.
Please note, a soft drink option will be made available for those not drinking. Over 18s only.

£45 per person to include a two course supper, welcome cocktail and signature moment to end the evening from Cotswolds Distillery.
Begin your evening by crafting your own Wildflower Spritz cocktail with the expert mixologists from Cotswolds Distillery before taking a seat on the Ampney Brook Terrace whilst enjoying a two course Feasting Fiesta set menu with delicious grill dishes including sirloin steak, pork cutlet with a Cajun rub and bourbon glazed peach and squid, chorizo and Padron skewers, accompanied by a selection of classic salads and sides. Wine and dine before finishing your evening with Cotswold Distillery’s Signature Moment.
Live music from guitarist Adam Lee will set the scene for a memorable evening as he brings his guitar skills to famous rock, pop, and jazz covers.
Tickets are £45.00 per person including foraged and forged cocktail, 2 course feasting set menu and Cotswolds Distillery’s Signature Moment.
